Celebrate Christmas:
Simple Honey Popcorn Balls

This popcorn ball recipe lacks the processed sugar found in many recipes. You don't even have to cook the honey if you don't mind the popcorn balls staying a little stickier than normal.

2 quarts of popped popcorn
1 1/3 cups honey

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

2. Place popcorn in a large, 4-inch deep, buttered baking pan. Keep warm in oven.

3. In a medium saucepan, Heat honey unti it reaches 250 degrees F on a candy thermometer.

4. Remove popcorn from oven. Pour honey over popcorn and mix well.

5. Allow to cool slightly.

6. Form into balls.

Yield: approximately 8 popcorn balls.
